MISSIONS TRIP INFORMATION

BELOW IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE TRIP! PLEASE KNOW THAT ALL FLIGHT & PACKING INFORMATION WILL BE COMMUNICATED AT THE FINAL TEAM MEETING ON MONDAY, MARCH 17TH!

MINOR TRAVEL CONSENT FORM

Please download this consent form, print it and fill it out. You will need to have this notarized.  This can be done at the local UPS Store (no appointment necessary). We need the original with the notary's seal. No copies allowed!
TRIP COST & DEADLINES

Total amount: $1050
  • Jan 1st: $100 
  • Feb 10th: $600
  • Mar 10th: $350

Reminders
  • Balance due reminders will be sent every Monday
  • Each reminder email will have a “payment” link at the bottom to make electronic payments.  Each link is team member specific so we cannot share payment links.
  • Emails will be sent to the email address provided on the application 


Paying by check

If you would like to pay by check that is an option but you must follow these steps…
  • Make the check payable to HopeUC Nashville
  • In the memo you must put your FULL name & “Youth Mexico 2025”
  • Mail the check to:

  • DO NOT try to “hand in” your check.  Finance needs it to be mailed in so they can keep track of it and make sure it gets to where it needs to go. 

Raising Funds
  1. When raising support funds it is recommended to have supporters send money directly to you and then you turn around and make the payment using the link sent to your email. Links cannot be shared as they are specific to individuals and require a login/password.

  2. If a supporter would like to make a tax deductible donation they must make it to HopeUC Nashville missions fund.  This is a general fund and cannot be allocated to specific individual's trip.  The money would then be split amongst the team and/or used for trip resources.

    4. Monday Feb 17th - Stevie Mitchell (Serving with Honor)
    5. Monday March 3rd -Sherry Weedman (Intercession & Spiritual Warfare)
    6. Monday Mar 17th - Liz Taylor (Admin Details) *Parent(s) required

PASSPORT INFO

  1. You need to start the process NOW! Even the expedited process will take 4-6 weeks.
  2. If you already have a passport please double check your expiration date.  Passport must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date.  If it is set to expire before the end of the year please complete the renewal process.

Once you have your photos taken (Walgreens/CVS) and the application printed/filled out you can take it to the post office where you can get your money order and send it all in together.  Do not panic about having to send original birth certificates or other documentation, they will mail them back to you.
